Christmas Bazaar 2017
Once again the Danish Seamen's Church is hosting its annual Christmas Bazaar. On the 25th and 26th of November 2017 the Church will welcome everybody for days full of Danish Christmas spirit. The doors will be open from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm both days
As always the Christmas Bazaar is trying to bring classic Danish Christmas traditions to Singapore. Throughout the weekend the bazaar will be buzzing with life and the different stands will contribute to set the right Christmas mood. The visitors will have the opportunity to buy handmade advents wreaths and decorations, delicious butter cookies and early Christmas gifts. The taste of a traditional Danish Christmas lunch can be experienced and Danish sweets and delicacies can be bought.
We are looking forward welcoming familiar and new faces at this year’s Christmas Bazaar.
The Danish Seamen’s church is placed on the top of Mount Faber. The parking around the church is limited. Therefore a free shuttle bus will be available on both days from the public carpark at Seah IM (Opposite Harbour Front Centre). It will be driving back and forward the whole day.
Running hours: Saturday 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. Sunday 11.00 am to 4.00 pm.
(Exclusive opening ONLY for members of the Danish Seamen's Church on Saturday from 9.30 to 10.30)
The entrance fee for the bazaar will be $2. We will advise our guest to bring cash, if they want to buy something from the stands. The profit from the Bazaar will be a contribution to the church’s economy.

The Christmas Bazaar Group
The Bazaar is an event, which is arranged by the church and its volunteers. The different stands and their preparations behind are handled by local danes. They are cooking food, crafting decorations and baking cookies. Without all the volunteers and their hard work this event would not take place.
Therefore the Bazaar group could always need a helping hand. It is possible to volunteer in a lot of different areas – production, arrangement, communication and sale. We have a great time and it’s a good way to get to know new people. You can register as a volunteer here.
